FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending what package you choose you could receive 5 to 90 images. Each package has the option to upgrade package and purchase additional images - You will receive a quote with these options.
How should we dress for our family session?
However you like. These are your photos, if you want to wear neutral tones and colour co-ordinate a little - Great! Or maybe you want to wear bright colours and patterns and really pop! - Fine! Or perhaps you want to hire from my client wardrobe - Jump on instagram and have a look at my highlights reel 'Wardrobe' and 'Babyrobe'.
Alternatively, I am more than happy to give you some styling advice and tips if you wish!
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
How long is a piece of a string? That really depends on you and your babe, whatever is working at the time. I'm pretty flexible with my Newborn sessions as I know things can change at the drop of a hat!
If you mean age, well, again that's up to you - Some parents request a bundled package to capture newborn, 3 months, 6 months & 1 year!

Can I use the Snippet in time package for a newborn session?
Short answer is yes. Although, 15 minutes is not enough time to allow for feeds, nappy changes, settling bub and whatever else your tiny little human wants to throw at us! It's going to be a mad rush and not super fun for anyone!
It's risky and I can almost guarantee we won't get the shots you hoped for or dreamed of!
I'd recommend the 'Remember when' package at least because this allows for location of choice (your home perhaps), plenty of time for breaks and hiccups PLUS you get more photos for all those precious newborn close ups and relaxed family shots!
Do you do Maternity sessions?
YES! I love Mama & Bump sessions! Or maybe you want to bring the whole fam along for it! Either way, let's do it!
So, for a Mum & Bump only session, I would suggest the 'Snippet in time' or 'Capture the moment' package and if you want to bring the family along I would suggest 'Capture the moment' or 'Remember when' session.
why are some sessions farm only?
I am lucky enough to be able to work from home whilst being a stay-at-home Mum to four little ones!
I wanted to include a budget friendly option or two, that would work for both you and me - this is my solution, farm sessions!
I also offer flexible payment plans - so please don't hesitate to ask, they've been very popular thus far!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Three of my sessions allow for dogs, you're welcome to bring your dog to the farm - On a lead of course as we have dogs and sheep here.
The 'Snippet in time' package doesn't allow for dogs generally as 15 minutes is only enough time for me to get the photos of the humans let alone a hound! We can discuss this if you think you have a super well-behaved pooch - but it's safer to use your time infront of the camera rather than chasing Barney around the farm!
What if we need more time?
Need more time? This is something that can always be discussed during the session but not always promised. I may have another session after yours, I may have personal commitments (School or kinder pick-up or drop off, farm work or Mum life in general).
Additional time will be quoted upon booking, noted in contract and invoiced if required.
Is airbrushing included?
I edit all your images before uploading them to your private Gallery. You're usually provided with 3-6 different edits (similar to my current work) and it's your choice to pick your photos and decided what edit to have them in.
BUT, will I edit an entire gallery again if you decide you don't like them after already approving the sneak peeks?
Yes, but it will incur an additional fee (charged by the hour).
As for additional general editing or air-brushing a few photos - I am happy to remove the odd fly from someone's face or a single pimple on a couple of photos. But if you have an entire gallery of 20+ photos you want air-brushed, red marks on a newborn's face removed or pimples on yours or perhaps a teeth-whitening job...
I'm going to have to quote my time for that, it's not just a few clicks, it's a time consuming job doing that on every single photo and my time isn't free. Happy to provide a quote with additional editing charges,
